The Boss Adventure Caravans 2025 Year Plated & Demonstrator Caravan Sale (“Sale”) is conducted by Boss Adventure Caravans Pty Ltd.
By participating in or purchasing a caravan as part of this promotion, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Sale Period
The 2025 Year Plated & Demonstrator Caravan Sale Event is available for a limited time only and applies to selected demonstrator & 2025 Year Plated caravans available during the promotional period or until sold.
Boss Adventure Caravans Pty Ltd reserves the right to extend, amend, or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligible Demonstrator Caravans
This Sale applies only to the selected 2025 Year plated & demonstrator caravans with the following Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs):

Only the demonstrator caravans listed above are included in this promotional sale.
3. Demonstrator Caravan Condition
All caravans included in the Sale are selected2025 Year plated & selected demonstrator units and may have been used for:

- Showroom display
-
- marketing and promotional activities
-
- dealership demonstrations
-
- industry events or exhibitions
As a result, demonstrator caravans may display minor cosmetic marks, light wear, or usage consistent with demonstration purposes.
All demonstrator caravans are sold in their current demonstrator condition, which is reflected in the promotional sale pricing.
4. Pricing
Sale pricing:

- Applies only to the listed demonstrator caravans

- Is valid only while stock lasts

- Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise in writing
Boss Adventure Caravans Pty Ltd reserves the right to correct pricing errors or withdraw caravans from the Sale.
5. Deposits & Payment
To secure a demonstrator caravan:

- A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of purchase
-
- Full payment must be completed prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing
-
- Finance approvals remain subject to lender terms and conditions
6. Caravan Availability
All demonstrator caravans are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
A caravan is considered sold only once:

- A signed purchase agreement has been completed, and
-
- The required deposit has been received.
7. Delivery & Registration
Delivery, registration, insurance, and any applicable on-road costs may be additional unless otherwise stated in writing.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on administrative processing and customer requirements.
8. Warranty
Demonstrator caravans may include:

- The balance of the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable
-
- Protection under Australian Consumer Law
Specific warranty terms will be outlined within the individual purchase agreement.
9. No Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the special clearance pricing applied to selected 2025 Year Plated & demonstrator caravans, purchases made under this promotion may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Promotional Changes
Boss Adventure Caravans Pty Ltd reserves the right to:

- modify the promotion

- plated relates to compliance plate
-
- withdraw caravans from the Sale
-
- substitute stock where required
-
- amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
