Boss Adventure goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the Good and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure (the ‘Warranty’).Please inspect the Goods immediately upon arrival.
All Goods were designed for recreational use only, not for permanent residential purposes.
Alterations, misuse, neglect or accident to the Goods are not covered by Boss Adventure under this warranty. Fabric items, rubber seals, sealants, greasing wheel bearings, tightening wheel nuts, filters and water pumps are the Buyer’s responsibility and only warranted against defective workmanship or material. Any defect against the appearance of the Good or weather deterioration exposure is not covered by the Seller.
Boss Adventure warrants to the original Buyer five (5) years from the date of purchase under normal use and subject to the exclusions above, limited to walls, roof, suspension and chassis components.
The Buyer is responsible for regular and proper maintenance of the Goods. Where an on-site repair is requested and service is available, a service call fee is applied at the expense of the Buyer.
Boss Adventure will not reimburse the Buyer for any third party work undertaken on the Goods, without prior consent from Boss Adventure. Prompt reporting of issues is essential. If a problem arises, contact Boss Adventure immediately on 1300 788 370 or via our contact form.
